So, some stuff I've had on order should be arriving soon. The 3870 full cover blocks should be here today or tomorrow, which is going to be fun. They're coming with some more Feser one (Muts nuts of W/C fluid), and are going to be bastards to install, but hey. Wouldn't have it any other way :B

Also, my Sennheiers R130's should be here, which is going to be interesting. They're for the 360, because I can't be arsed with surround sound anymore, but being on my head, the 360 headset needs to be mashed in there, which is going to make it interesting.

The WiiM4 is on hiatus for now, due to a small combination of things. I can't get some parts I need/want, and I'm having real trouble focusing on it, and thus, can't do as good a job as I should, so it's being sidelined for a little while. It's still in the works, and should be finished by the end of next month, but right now, I can't work on it without getting frustrated at crappy soldering - So it's going to wait until I've calmed down a bit with the soldering iron :B

As some of you may have noticed, I've been playing Burnout a lot recently (I'm gonna have to take you down, jake, you damaged my Gamestop car!), I've got two of those last twelve smashes left, and 83 wins until I get my Elite license. I'm still peeved that I can't find those last two smashes! Eugh. Ahwell, its taken a back seat again, I'm stalking the Hitman world for now. Gotta get those five silent assassins on Pro. That achievement looks tastey. Just like 'Russian Hare' rating.. Which was actually the easiest mission I've ever done.. Possibly because it followed Flatline, which is an absolute bugger, but I finally got it :B

Ramble ramble ramble, I wonder how many of you I just bored to death :B

    Hahaha... :p

Yeah, I couldn't resist but to smash into you. I hunted you down from the other side of the map just to ram you. I got my Paradise license last night, by the way. And tonight I've been working on beating all the burning routes. I'm getting quite the collection of cars.

And I'm short one gas station, about 30 smashes, and a half dozen billboards or so. Oh, and I think maybe one jump. We need to get in there and finish out some of those online team challenges, too. I've got lots of those left to do.

Hehe =P I wondered why you kept getting closer..

I'm on 50/77 with one to shutdown at the moment. I've managed to find all the gas stations/auto-repairs/junkyards/parking garages (Probably something to do with the 1700 miles driven >.>img src="http://images.napalmriot.com/layout_napalm/icons/emoticons/Wink.gif" class="em" alt=";)" title=";)" /> and my last two smashes are in White Mountain somewhere. As for Billboards, I think I've got about 17/18 to go, and 9 super jumps.

Yeah, I've only snagged 31 of 350 online challenges so far. I should really get online more often >.>

      Any particular favourite cars?

I've got 66 of the online challenges so far...

And I really like the Jansen P12, although I wish it were stronger. And of course, now that I have the Carson GT, I don't use much of anything else. :p (did that work?)

Basically, if it's a stunt car, and it's fast and responsive, I like it.

Man, the Carson GT is sweet, especially the one you win via the Burning Route.

I typically switch between the Hunter Citizen, Steel Wheels, Gamestop and Carson Racing 500 GT.

Hmm... I don't seem to have the Citizen or Steel Wheels yet. And yeah, I got the GT Custom from the burning route. I likes me some flames.

              You're missing out!

Citizen and Steelwheels are statstically the same, but the Citizen is a gimp when it comes to cornering.

Naw, the Citizen is the Police vehicle, a version of the cars that chase you in Marked Man events. Steelwheels is basically an armour plated version of.. Damnit. I forgot the name.. I'll check when I get in tonight, I'm supposed to be leaving for work in a few minutes :B

Hahaha...I just got it in the game. What time will you be back later? I'm staying up all night in an attempt to get myself back on a more normal sleeping schedule, so maybe we can play a round or something.

I go where I please, and I please where I go

I know what you mean. I just can't be bothered with surround sound anymore, I just prefer headphones. Also the people in my house keep telling me to turn the doof doof/explosions and gunfire down.

I'm having a better experience with headphones at the moment, over the surround sound at the moment >.>

Specially when you just want to listen to music, it's so much more immersive. Also, headphones asswhoop 5.1 in the games where spatial sound AND fidelity is important, like splinter cell for example. You need surround sound to hear the bad guy creeping up behind you, but you need the noise-cancelling to be able to hear it in the first place. Plus all my fans howl like a banshee and it's a good way to blank it out.

Yeah, I've noticed the games sound a lot better. In Burnout, I've been hearing the 'woosh' noise as I narrowly avoid hitting buses and the like. A lot more satisfying thunks in Hitman, too.

          Water cool! It's fun :B

I much prefer this incarnation, because of the freeroaming between races and such like. A lot more entertaining, could do with split screen multiplayer, though..

I never really played the other burnouts. I played the splitscreen multiplayer stuff, and it never grabbed me in the 'ooo, I want my own copy of this game' sense. It actually took a friend, swordhorder, to bring his HDD over and force me to play Burnout Paradise >.>
