COD:MW2 - Prestige edition shipping with NVG?

So far the claim is that Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition will be shipping with a set of active NVG.

The claim came from a Youtube video from "fourtwozero" - 'Community Manager Robert'. He does the typical unboxing of the game, showing the art book that'll be shipping (presumably) with the 'normal' special edition in a steel book, and in the Prestige Edition that ships with the NVG's.

If they're going to do this at a reasonable price point, the goggles are likely to be cheaply made, Generation I, and about as usful as a fork in the eye. Probably Russian.
