Well, he's dug himself a financial hole and is trying to get out of it in a rather unique way.
He's selling his voice at $1 a word for whatever you want, so long as it doesn't have the potential for damaging the Serious Sam franchise, and subsequently his relationship with the developers.
He will say just about anything for a dollar a word, though.
