I'm trying to source some surface mount LED's in the UK so I can do some rumble motor tripped tripper mods, so say in Halo, firing produces a glow in the triggers.
I tested it with a 5mm LED, but obviously that's a shade on the large side and interfered with the trigger assembly.
Keep your eyes peeled for the average gamers.
Nothing's broken, it's just functioning differently.

There are clear shells, but they don't look that great because the soldering on the controller boards is so horrible looking, short of redoing the entire lot it'd be quite fugly to look at with a clear shell.
Keep your eyes peeled for the average gamers.
