I am confused :B They're both BenQ G2400W's. One on the right is for the 360/friends 360/friends PC, one on the left is for my PC/360 when said friend is over with his pc/360 :B
I've never been a fan of Logitech (Except for the DiNovo Edge) stuff, it's never felt good to me, whereas Razer mice fit my hands nicely. Using my uncles Logitech is like having my hand beaten with a rock >.>

My gaming buds are split on the two mice as well.
I'd have to poll to see which is leading but for me logitech is solid. I have headphones, an extreme3d pro joystick and the mx518. I've had other logitech things and as apposed to other companies, they have been flawless. I suppose I'd really have to get to use a Razer more than just the store to know if it's for me. I just went for the name I knew was quality. I'm sure we could argue that last sentence too.

As for the Logitech brand, eh. It's not so much that I've had a bad experience with them, more they just don't appeal to me product wise. You'd not be alone with disliking the Lachesis - A number (Actually, all the reviews I read) of reviewers don't find the mouse comfortable to hold - I can see why, but it suits me down to the ground, and I have no problems with the button orientation.
