So. I have an old Socket A motherboard, donated by ɤswordhorder. It's going to be our little game server. I 'inherited' shall I say, I got a 'broken' Prometior. The controller's shot, but with some clever trickery, it will live again.

So, yeah. You're looking at my little side project.

  At the moment, BF2. We're kicking around the idea of C&C Generals, possibly ArmA (If that has a dedicated server). We'd be using it for literally the two of us.
  
  Putting a server up constantly for online gaming is a bandwidth heavy setup, so unless it's for you and your friends locally, it can be worse than just hosting it from a players PC.
